MUCON 'Powderflo' Aeration Pads.

The MUCON 'Powderflo' is a low cost solution to discharge problems with dry powder.

The unit introduces pulsed dry air, keeping stored powder and granular material aerated thus eliminating or considerably reducing the problems of rat holing, bridging and segregation.

The pads come in two sizes, 75mm and 125mm and consume approximately 150 liters/min of air at 1.0 bar pressure when in operation.

All materials of construction conform to the US FDA requirements for contact with foodstuffs.

System kits are available comprising of 4, 6 or 8 aerator pads a pulse timer and air preparation equipment capable of removing moisture and particles down to 0.01?m.
