SHAPE can offer a wide range of Mixers & Blenders,which are made in Thailand.

 

MIXING:

The SHAPE range of Mixers consists of ribbon, plough and paddle mixers, which are designed for consistent batch or continuous blending of powder and granules with capacities ranging from 35 - 60,000 liters. Models can be custom built to suit specific customer requirements, including alternative trough shapes, cantilever shaft design for easy access and the addition of side cutters or intensifiers for extra shear.

Typical applications for mixers are:

 

  • Dry Powder Mixing
  • 'Live' Storage of Sticky Powders
  • Cutting fat into flour
  • Addition of Oils or Other Liquids into Powders
  • Breaking Down Agglomerates

 

BLENDING:

 

SHAPE Blenders incorporate a gentle, low energy tumbling action, ideal for blending the most delicate and fragile products featuring unique multi shear deflector plates for the improved blending efficiency of free flowing powders and granules.

 

With no internal seals or moving parts they are very hygienic and easy to clean so very suitable for blending applications in the food or pharmaceutical sectors. Other applications include the blending of heavy or abrasive powders with minimal attrition.

 

Ranging in capacity from 20 to 100,000 liters models can be custom built to suit customer requirements incorporating such things as automated loading option via pneumatic conveying system or can be designed and built as processors for sterilizing and drying.
