ULTRAMAX Drag Conveyors.

The ULTRAMAX Drag Conveyor is a simple and efficient system for transferring high volume bulk solids in many industries including food, agricultural, animal feed and timber industry. The design incorporates a number of unique features such as:

Drop gate discharge which provides an opening with no paddle carryover bars used in a standard drag.

Adjustable control plate at the inlet which provides Ultra clean operation (below the chain).

Adjustable control plate at the inlet provides Maximum capacity (above the chain).

When run in the 'Ultraclean' mode there is no carryover of free-flowing dry product and so allows the conveyor to be used to fill multiple bin systems.

The ULTRAMAX drag is designed as a modular system of components. This allows true flexibility for extension or re-location of equipment in the future.

Dust explosion prevention or protection may be required on systems handling dry powder or granular materials. To operate without proper explosion venting may result in fire or explosion. check local industrial codes and policies or consult SHAPE.
