This an ideal discharger system for materials with poor flow characteristics. Suitable for use with both lined and un-lined FIBC's, the system can be designed so that bags can be placed in position by hoist or fork lift truck.

In the case of really difficult flowing products an external vibrator unit can be added to promote & assist discharge. Incorporating a rubber membrane and connections for dust extraction the unit provides dust-free discharge to the down stream process.
The units can be incorporated into into existing process lines or can be provided with a wide variety of discharge or feeder attachments.

Units can be fabricated in either Carbon or Stainless Steel depending upon process and customer requirements.

Dust explosion prevention or protection may be required on systems handling dry powder or granular materials. To operate without proper explosion venting may result in fire or explosion. check local industrial codes and policies or consult SHAPE.
