The BBD EZ range of FIBC dischargers have been  designed to offer an efficient and economical method of discharging free flowing products.

These are ideal dischargers for materials with good to medium flow properties and can be used with both lined and un-lined FIBC's. The system can be designed so that bags can be placed in position by hoist or fork lift truck. In the case of difficult flowing products an external vibrator unit can be added to promote & assist discharge. Incorporating a rubber membrane and connections for dust extraction the unit provides dust-free discharge to the down stream process.

The units can be incorporated into into existing process lines or can be provided with a wide variety of discharge or feeder attachments.

Dust explosion prevention or protection may be required on systems handling dry powder or granular materials. To operate without proper explosion venting may result in fire or explosion. check local industrial codes and policies or consult SHAPE.
