Model BBF 30 Filling Machine

The SHAPE BBF30 FIBC Filling System is an economical way of filling Big Bags. It incorporates a number of unique features such as:

• Semi-automatic inflatable seal connection speeds up the rigging of the empty Big Bag.
• Central support mast allows access from all three sides.
• Adjustable mast allows for different Big Bag heights to be accommodated on the same machine.
• Hygienic 'open frame' design allows ease of cleaning.
• Optional available are vibrating bed table for material compaction and run-out conveyors.

The BBF30 can handle a wide variety of products from Rice Flour to Dry Nutritional Drink Powder to Cement in a clean and efficient manner.

The units can be supplied complete with controlled in-feed device and control systems to suit the Clients requirements.
